April 8: Aquarium.

Soo my day today

-woke up late
-got to class late
-listened to stories about the Kray twins Ronnie and Reggie, and various scandals from the 70s
-bought a bfast sandwhich
-went down to Westminster again (its a beautiful day)
-went to a lunchtime concert series for class (I loved the Vaughn Williams, the rest was eh. Most seemed to really enjoy the third piece though)
-went to the aquarium, walked through it twice. It was pretty awesome. There were multiple exhibits from around the world including the rainforests and atlantic, and a tunnel half-under a whale carcass so you could see all the rays and sharks and stuff. There was a tank of rays but it was open and low which was dumb because then everyone wanted to pet the rays and some of the rays wanted to be petted and then everyone got yelled at by staff. Buuut there were dragonfish and lionfish and some fish that were made of bones instead of scales and pipefish and shrimp and huuuge catfish and awesomefish and a few sea turtles. The "shark walk: enter if you dare!" was a major letdown but it was a good afternoon.
-Went to borough market. I wanted to try a kangaroo burger but I couldn't find the place to order it. I ended up eating devil on horseback instead, which is like bacon wrapped around some kind of fruit and dipped in sweet savory sauce. Not the taste I was looking for, but a good experience. I'm sure it would have been better had I not been looking so forward to roo.

Currently I have returned home, my foot is hurt-itching and I think I have a blister on my heel. I have no idea what to do tonight.

My life will sort itself back together eventually.
